Tristan Thompson Calls Khloe Kardashian His Best Friend in Sweet Birthday
On the occasion of Khloe Kardashian's significant 40th birthday, Tristan Thompson had nothing but kind things to say about her.
"Khloé, happy birthday!" The 33-year-old NBA player started with a sequence of images that he shared on his Instagram Story on Thursday, June 27. "Mom, you are the greatest. My best buddy is you. And the most amazing person I've ever met.”
Thompson posted four images of the Good American entrepreneur on honor of his birthday, including many family portraits with their two kids, Tatum, 22, months old, and True, 6, as well as a photograph with the basketball player's 17-year-old brother Amari. (After their mother, Andrea Thompson, passed away in January 2023, Thompson was given legal guardianship of his younger sister.)
Not only Tristan, but the whole Kardashian-Jenner family, sent Khloé birthday wishes.
Mom Kris Jenner, who refers to her daughter as a "sweet angel," said on Instagram, in part, "I don't know what I did to deserve you, but I thank God every day for the wonderful blessing of being your mommy. You are one of my greatest loves, and I treasure every amazing moment we have shared together.
In an Instagram Story of her own, sister Kourtney Kardashian said, "Happy birthday, my beautiful sister." What an incredible journey it has been and still is, having you by my side. "I miss you every second that you're apart from me," said Kim Kardashian, while her little sister, Kim Kardashian, sent a heartfelt welcome to the "40 club."
As she embarks on a new chapter in her life, Khloé sent a brief message on social media to her friends, family, and fans while enjoying her big day.

She posted on Instagram, saying, "Deeply Grateful For Every Moment I love you!" "I am incredibly happy and grateful for this new decade and everything it has in store!"
From 2016 to 2021, Tristan and Khloé had intermittent relationships. When it became public that he and Maralee Nichols were fathering Theo, who is now two years old, around the same time that the celebrity Karadshian family was expecting their second child via surrogacy, they decided to call it quits.
The couple is currently at a good position in their relationship despite their turbulent background.
The former host of Kocktails With Khloé acknowledged that Tristan "did make mistakes" during their romance during an interview in May on the podcast "SHE MD," but she made it plain that she had no intention of "bashing" the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward.
